  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
  • We ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Carrier & Location

  • All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
  • We use Canada Post as our primary shipping provider.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and Canada Post service level selected.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
  • You can track your order on Canada Post’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within Canada.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact Canada Post directly for updates.
  • TNTech.ca is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
