- We ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Carrier & Location
- All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- We use Canada Post as our primary shipping provider.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and Canada Post service level selected.
4. Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
- You can track your order on Canada Post’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within Canada.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact Canada Post directly for updates.
